Q1: What types of wastewater and scenarios can you handle?
A: We serve industrial, municipal, livestock, and agricultural applications, covering the full train from pretreatment → biological → advanced polishing → disinfection & dosing → sludge reduction. Typical industries include chemicals, electroplating & surface treatment, paper & textile dyeing, food & beverage, recycling wash lines, and park/town domestic sewage.
Q2: What do you need from us to design a solution and provide a quote?
A: Please share influent lab data (COD, BOD₅, SS, NH₃-N, TP, FOG, conductivity/TDS, pH, temperature, variability), design flow (m³/d or m³/h; peak/average), effluent standard (discharge or reuse), site constraints (footprint, timeline, energy/chemical preferences, remote monitoring), and any auxiliary needs (screens/grit removal, DAF dosing points, SDI control before membranes, disinfection scheme, sludge dewatering & hauling).
Q3: How do I choose between a packaged WWTP and civil works + equipment?
A: Packaged units suit small–medium scale, tight schedules, or limited space—small footprint, quick installation, stable effluent. Civil works + equipment fit large plants or sites with existing structures—often better for phased expansion and total cost optimization. We can propose both and compare on water quality/flow/standard vs. lifecycle cost.
Q4: Do you support reclaimed-water (reuse) projects? What’s the typical setup?
A: Yes. Common routes are Bio + UF + RO/MBR + disinfection (UV / sodium hypochlorite / chlorine dioxide), tuned to the reuse case (cooling make-up, process washing, landscaping, etc.). We supply the full stack—MBR/RO membranes, UF skids, UV units, sodium hypochlorite generators, chlorine dioxide dosing—to ensure quality and stability.
Q5: What delivery and O&M assurances do you provide?
A: We integrate R&D, design, manufacturing, EPC, and O&M with a core lineup of packaged WWTPs, DAF units, screw-press dewatering, UF skids, and grit chambers, plus auxiliaries. Certified to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, holding 15 patents and serving 200+ clients. Handover includes online monitoring/remote support, operator training, spare parts, and technical assistance, with optional O&M outsourcing and continuous optimization.
