Valve-less Filter Tank

The valve-less filter tank is a fully automatic filtration system designed without the need for mechanical valves, external power, or manual sand scraping. It is made of high-quality FRP with seawater-resistant resin, food-grade inner lining, and corrosion-resistant reinforcement. The tank is lightweight, durable, and leak-proof, achieving a filtrate turbidity of less than 5 mg/L.

It is widely used for drinking water purification, iron and manganese removal, aquaculture water treatment, and wastewater polishing, offering a long service life and excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations (up to +50 °C).

Working Principle:
Water flows into the top of the tank and is evenly distributed through a water distribution plate, passing through the sand filter layer for filtration. Once the filter bed is saturated with impurities, the system automatically triggers a siphon backwash cycle, cleaning the filter bed from bottom to top and discharging contaminants to the waste outlet.

Backwash is automatically stopped once the water level drops below the siphon break point, and the system resumes normal filtration. Backwash frequency and duration automatically adapt to water quality, ensuring reliable and continuous operation.
