Description

Product Description:
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven membrane separation process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate solutes from solvents, effectively removing impurities from water. It is widely used for purification and concentration of liquids, with the most common application being water treatment—removing dissolved inorganic salts, bacteria, viruses, organics, and colloids from raw water to produce high-purity water.

RO membranes are made of polyamide composite film with a filtration pore size of just 0.0001 microns. Operating pressure ranges from 0.6–1.5 MPa, achieving up to 99% salt rejection, allowing only water and oxygen molecules to pass through while rejecting other dissolved impurities.
Applications:
RO systems are widely used in:
• Industries: Electronics, power plants, chemicals, beverage & brewery, glass manufacturing, tire production.
• Utilities: Municipal water plants, boiler feed water, pipeline direct drinking water, wastewater recycling.
• Special Applications: Seawater desalination, greenhouse irrigation, livestock farming, mining, and new energy industries.
• Community Solutions: Ideal as a core purification device for residential areas, industrial parks, and oilfield water stations.
