Wastewater Treatment Plan
Wastewater treatment is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from domestic sewage. It involves physical, chemical, and biological processes to produce treated effluent that is safe for discharge into the environment. MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technology is an advanced and highly efficient method for wastewater treatment. As environmental discharge standards become stricter, MBR systems have become a preferred solution. In recent years, with rising demands for higher effluent quality and the development of new treatment technologies, MBR has been widely adopted in modern wastewater treatment plants.

The main goal of an industrial wastewater treatment plant is to remove as many suspended solids as possible before the remaining water, known as effluent, is discharged back into the environment. As these solids decompose, they consume oxygen needed by aquatic life. Primary treatment removes about 60% of suspended solids and includes aeration to reintroduce oxygen into the water. Secondary treatment can remove over 90% of suspended solids, producing much cleaner effluent.
MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) systems are specifically designed for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, combining membrane filtration (microfiltration or ultrafiltration) with biological treatment. This advanced process achieves high treatment efficiency and produces high-quality, purified water suitable for reuse or safe discharge.
Dissolved air flotation(DAF) definition
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a proven and effective water treatment process to clean wastewater by removing total suspended solids (TSS), oil and grease, BOD, COD and metals as an alternative to clarification processes.
Thanks to the design and technology of DAF clarifiers, they can serve many industries. Dissolved air flotation technology can be integrated into custom clarifiers to accommodate different streams from low to high impurity levels. In general, they are well suited for wastewater streams containing floating or suspended oil, grease and impurities.
