Cost-Effective: Offers a more economical solution compared to traditional concrete tanks.
-
Galvanized and enameled steel panel water tanks share the same modular structure, material selection, and assembly process. Their main difference lies in the anti-corrosion treatment:
-
Galvanized Steel Tank: Manufactured from premium galvanized steel panels to ensure durability and excellent corrosion resistance.
-
Enameled Steel Tank: Uses HSC-series mineral-based enamel applied to carbon steel plates, sintered at 1300°C for superior corrosion protection.
Both tank types are assembled from modular panels supported by channel steel bases and reinforced with internal stainless steel tie rods. Rubber seals and stainless bolts ensure excellent strength and watertight performance. Capacities range from 1 m³ to 1000 m³ and can be custom-designed based on project requirements. Inlet, outlet, and overflow pipe diameters and locations are configurable to match your design.
Installation Requirements:
A clearance of at least 600 mm must be maintained around the tank, with a minimum of 800 mm at the top and bottom for maintenance access. All panel seams at the base must be aligned with the support frame for proper load distribution.
