Our integrated wastewater treatment equipment combines all treatment processes in a single compact unit. Using advanced biological treatment technology, it effectively removes BOD₅, COD, and NH₃-N. The system is fully automated, space-saving, cost-efficient, and can be installed underground — allowing the surface to be used as green space or a plaza.

Description

The integrated wastewater treatment system is designed as a complete solution where all treatment stages — screening, equalization, biological treatment, sedimentation, and disinfection — are carried out within one containerized unit. Based on advanced plug-flow biological contact oxidation technology and enhanced with our proprietary research results, the system delivers high removal efficiency for BOD₅, COD, and NH₃-N.

It features stable performance, low investment cost, compact footprint, and minimal maintenance requirements. Since it can be buried underground, no separate building or insulation is required, and the surface area can be landscaped or used as a parking lot or public square. The treated effluent meets national discharge standards, making it ideal for both residential and commercial use.

  • Efficient Biological Process: Uses a plug-flow contact oxidation tank that is smaller than conventional activated sludge systems, with strong shock resistance, stable effluent, and no sludge bulking.

  • Low Sludge Production: AO biological process and low filler loading result in minimal sludge output, requiring removal only once every ~90 days.

  • Odor Control: Equipped with soil-based deodorization in addition to standard ventilation.

  • Fully Automated: Includes an automatic control system and fault alarm; requires minimal supervision with maintenance every 1–3 months.
