Seawater Desalination Reverse Osmosis System
Seawater Desalination Reverse Osmosis System
• High Efficiency & Low Energy Consumption: Power consumption as low as 3–4 kWh per ton of produced water.
• Excellent Water Quality: Removes inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organics, bacteria, and viruses, meeting WHO and domestic drinking water standards.
• High Salt Rejection: Suitable for seawater with salinity ≤ 38,000 mg/L, achieving ≥ 98% desalination rate.
• Premium Components: Equipped with world-class RO membranes and high-pressure pumps.
• Durable Construction: Pipelines made of 316 stainless steel or duplex stainless steel with specialized high-pressure hoses.
• Optional Energy Recovery Device: Significantly reduces operational costs and improves system efficiency.
Product Description:
Seawater, brackish water, and saline water cannot be directly used due to their high salt content. Seawater desalination uses two main methods: distillation and reverse osmosis (RO). RO seawater desalination systems are highly efficient and have become the preferred solution for producing fresh water from seawater for industrial and municipal applications.
System Components:
• Raw Water System: Pumps and intake pipelines for seawater collection.
• Pretreatment System: Multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and cartridge filters for removing suspended solids and protecting RO membranes.
• Desalination System: High-pressure RO membranes for salt removal.
• Energy Recovery System: Improves efficiency and reduces power consumption.
• Chemical Cleaning System: For periodic membrane cleaning and maintenance.
• Dosing System: For scale inhibitors, pH adjustment, and disinfection.
• Power & Control System: Integrated power supply and automated control panel.
